  First class service thanks, you always have slight concerns when getting anything with glass delivered , but this was well packaged,the item is perfect quality haven't used it yet as I'm waiting for a gas bottle to be delivered, totally recommend this seller

  What an unfair and misleading feedback from the customer. I honestly can't believe such false information is being written. We always accept returns as long as the item is unused and undamaged, and we always issue refunds once the product is returned. Even now, after this feedback, I have tried to contact the customer multiple times, but received no response—only a false and misleading review. We have no problem accepting returns and refunding the customer.
