  Fast shipping. Item arrived exactly as described, unfortunately I ordered the wing part which allows me to further review their return process. I immediately contacted seller to see if I could exchange the part. Seller responded to my query within minutes. Unfortunately, they don't offer exchanges, however seller was very helpful in initiating the return process as well as providing a link to the correct part that I needed. So, altogether a 5 star experience. thank you!!

  I ORDERED THE WRONG BUMPER FROM THEM AND THEY SENT ME THE RETURN LABEL TO SEND BACK BUMPER AND HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THEM. ALL I NEED TO DO IS GET LABEL COPIED AND SEND BACK THROUGH FEDX AND THEY WILL REIMBURSE ME WHEN THEY GET BUMPER BACK.WHICH THIS WAS MY FAULT CAUSE I LOOKED AT THE DESCRIPTION WRONG.THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH WHAT HAPPENED.

  I received exactly what I ordered (radiator 96 Toyota Camry 2.2) and must say that I would recommend this seller. They said it would take up to 10 days to get here and I received it in 2.. Imagine my shock when I walked in the door from work... And I desperately needed it.

  It was not the part for my vehicle due to my mistake. Sellers were great and helped me out by allowing me to return. Great communication and assistance. Item was new. The package came a little damaged but it was due to shipping .

  My package came damaged and missing half of the order and all the seller wants to do is offer me $50. The box was damaged completely and wrapped in saran wrap. The FedEx delivery driver toss the box like it was a basketball when he delivered it. I can’t even use what I orderedand the seller only wants to refund me $50 of a $301.99 order if this is the way they truly do business I will never order or recommend anyone ordering from them ever again. very unacceptable.
