  Comically inadequate packaging cause the hubs to be damaged in shipping, which lead to USPS needing to repackage them and ultimately delivering them 5 days later. Seller offered return label but nothing for me needing to package them properly to send back. I offered the seller an alternative solution in the form of partial refund so that I can replace the damaged hubs...and now they've ghosted me. No response from them to my daily messages in nearly a week.
