  There was a slight discrepancy in the order, shipped product was a new but older model than listed. The customer service, however, was stellar! Shipped (given to carrier) within hours of purchase. When I contacted seller RE the difference in the description, they went above and far beyond my expectations to correct the situation. Again, within a matter of a few hours of me making contact. I don’t often follow sellers but I will in hopes that I can repay the valued service level. Thank you!

  The item arrived in a timely manner, well-packed and as described. It was a fair price. Unfortunately, it didn't work. The seller and I exchanged messages to trouble shoot the issue. Excellent communication. It still didn't work. The seller offered a refund which I accepted. The seller also told me to keep the unit as returning a broken machine made no sense. The seller saved me the hassle and expense of sending it back. I was surprised, grateful and impressed. Highly recommend!
