  Seller failed to include all pieces. The holder for the shower head was not included. Contacted seller who said he would mail it out immediately never did. People like this destroy the eBay buying experience. I had to buy the part on Amazon for $7.99. The shipping was delayed as he was on vacation which was probably BS
