  Was upset when I received it. Because it was KC not SF. contacted the seller to inform. Seller responded to email, VERY quickly. Apologized and assured me that replacement would be sent out. I was provided with tracking number for replacement and it arrived in a timely manner. Seller was awesome. I wish all companies were this fast to solve/fix an issue. My GF loves it. Condition of the item is exactly as described. Quality and value are both very good. I would order from seller again.

  Looks good, just too tight in the arms. I sent them a message, they responded quickly, stating they would send an larger size and shipping label to send this one back. Great service and responsiveness. Just waiting to receive my correct size so I can upload my pictures.
