  My LEGO model kit came damaged, most likely due to the shipping company's overwhelming amount of packages this season combined with improper handling, but the seller very promptly exchanged my damaged LEGO model kit for a perfect condition one. I hope they can get some recourse from the shipping company, but am so glad I did not have to pursue that route and they offered to exchange it! I highly recommend this seller.

  Pros: Price and super fast shipping (literally arrived next day). Seller had quick communication. Cons: Despite package saying "Fragile" it came completely wrecked. I feel that it may have been packaged like this? Not sure that much damage could happen overnight? If so, seller needs to contact UPS because that seems excessive! I was able to smoosh it back together. It's a Christmas gift so I'm really hoping everything is in the box!
