  Bike trailer hitch kit was packaged very well and arrived quickly, but had manufacturing defect with the safety strap. Seller promptly offered a replacement for my trouble, so I have no complaints there. A+ customer service, highly recommended! Hitch kit is a decent product overall, but has a terrible safety strap with poorly formed grommets (one fell out). Hook is also the thinnest zinc casting I've seen, so keep your old strap if you can.
