Sent pics and report to seller, No qualms, quick response, what was broken, what needs replacing and replaced at their expense arriving in a few days.

Messages were responded to quickly, although not always as clearly as I would have hoped and I had to go back for clarification. Overall, though, I am happy with the product and would order again from this supplier.

I will not leave negative feedback, but I am disappointed that nothing arrived and I received no messages explaining why. I filed a not received report to ebay who asked the seller to respond to me. Within 24 hours I was given a refund but received no explanation why. This is the second time I have ordered garden furniture and received nothing. The last time, my bank refunded me, but it took several months. I now have a mistrust of these sellers
