  I am giving positive feedback to the seller as she quickly responded to the non-delivery of the item I bought and offered a refund - thank you. I give negative feedback to the useless courier Evri who finally delivered my parcel today after saying they had delivered it on several occasions previously. In future before buying items off ebay, I will ask the seller which courier service they use, and if it's Evri, I will buy from someone else. Sellers need to stop using EVRI.

  1st class transaction, superb service but ordering the clips was not so easy, could not find a drop down box so had to order from elsewhere. Postage was exceptional, 2 items in 2 days both delivered on time the following day and packaging was superb.
