  This is the second item I received from this seller. This item had to go through the authentication process first . It passed with flying colors but I will say the authentication process sometimes doesn’t clarify if there are issues. They sent me notification that there was an issue and do I want to accept it or not. I called the number they gave & apparently it was they could not determine if the ruby was man made or natural, because of size. I accepted it and turns out Ruby is natural.
