  Seller never sent item and I had to message them only to be told that they would not be sending my item with no reason given as to why. I had to ask and wait for a refund. I would have given negative feedback, however, I did receive my money back. They do not have good ratings so buyer beware.

  These folks went beyond above and beyond to get my order completed to their very high standards. Excellent communication with kindness. My logo was not great and she re-did it at a higher resolution to make it excellent. Great experience!!

  Very bad experience. Had to request a refund through eBay. Communication was there, but honestly was not.
