  Great communication from seller. There was initially a miscommunication and my order was canceled. The seller reached out to me and offered the items at a greatly reduced price, which I accepted. The items arrived earlier than expected, well packaged. The seller even included an extra pallet. This turned out to be one of the best Ebay buying experiences I've ever had. I really appreciate the extraordinary customer service and the condition of the vintage pallets.

  never received item. asked for a refund multiple times. didnt return messages and i finally had to have ebay step in to get refund. seller accidentally listed item twice and sold it to someone else before it was shipped to me. could have been fixed without getting ebay involved had my messaged been answered.
