  The decanter was beautiful and in perfect shape. However, the glasses arrived in many pieces. The decanter was packaged very carefully, but the glasses were shipped inside of each other and without protection. After reading reviews of this seller, I’m convinced that it was an oversight due to the Christmas rush. When informed of the problem I was quickly offered a partial refund. It wasn’t shipped for 3 days after ordering, but otherwise very pleased with the purchase.
