  Shocking attitude to customer service. Very late on advised (non tracked) delivery. Seller contacted 3 times with no response. Ebay contacted to nudge the seller. This worked and item finally delivered. Suggest seller receives customer support training and uses a tracked delivery system. This is the only negative purchase I have made of many in past 8 years or so. Shape up please seller, you're letting down a fab market place for everyone.

  Item not received after 2 weeks and seller ignores communication asking who the courier is. Now raised a case with EBay for a refund. PLEASE accept the feedback for this seller as true as a trend of the same issue.

  After paying for the item, I sent two messages to the seller and no reply. I had a quick look at the sellers feedback and it didn't fill me with confidence. I contacted eBay to intervene, and still no communication from the seller. The item has arrived and I'm happy with it, but the seller needs to improve his/her communication skills. I like to think that I am a genuine person, and in turn I like to think that other people are too.
