  My new watch arrived quickly and was in excellent condition. The seller did a great job carefully packing the watch to avoid accidental damage in shipment, and this was greatly appreciated. I recommend this seller to other watch shoppers and would purchase from this seller again.

  I sent the watch back due to a defect. After over a week and little contact with customer service, I opened a return case. This was refused as they claimed it was sent back to me. The tracking provided to eBay shows it was an item delivered up north, and not my watch. As it is outside of the 30 days, I now have no watch (which was a Christmas gift for my wife) and no refund. Will not be shopping with them ever again.
