Emailed pics to the seller, they responded promptly and we agreed to a new face plate. Part arrived a few days later in perfect condition, I installed and we are up and running. Highly recommend this seller and would happily do business with them again! A+++++

Amazing packaging, not even a dent on the shipping box. and the packaging covering the laptop was great. I would buy from this seller again if I ever need another laptop. Shipping was slow. 7 days from Tyler TX. to Colorado, but that was on the FEDEX. Great transaction.
