  I have always received good service from this seller, and I'm firmly of the belief that this is no exception. I will still happily order from them again as the need arises. This is entirely on USPS. It's 11 days past expected delivery date, and the item has still not arrived. While the winter storm that came through is a factor, a package that's 2 weeks late is pretty upsetting.

  Switches as described they arrived in sealed plastic bag inside a padded bag so no damage was done to the product the items arrived on time as promised very happy and would buy from this person again

  Both Items ordered as described, shipping time was very good but no way I seen to be able combine shipping cost but NPO caps got shipped in one bubble pack. This makes multiple items on same order far too expensive.
