  This is a gorgeous sink and hard to find. I was thrilled to find it here, but didn't realize the listing was for pick-up only. I needed to have it shipped and the seller was super helpful and communicated along the way - sending photos of the sink being carefully packed. It arrived in perfect condition! Definitely recommend if you're looking for hard-to-find and/or discontinued Kohler items.

  I would give this ebay seller 10 stars if I could. Communication was excellent. This seller has recognized the importance and necessity of connecting buyers with rare items and making it his personal mission. In my case it was the farmhouse sink in my heritage home which was not replaceable without rebuilding the cabinets and countertop. The seller went above and beyond in terms of making this transaction a success and a very positive experience. Highly recommended.

  I contacted seller late evening, on a holiday weekend. Response was very fast. Item was exactly as described. Shipping was very fast, even though USPS was used. Item was fragile, but arrived in perfect condition. Great seller with 100% positive rating! Two identical items were purchased, which is why the feedback is also identical.   I got a replacement faucet that was rather hard to find. It felt pricey to me, so I made an offer, perhaps you could call it a low-ball offer. The seller countered it, but I felt that it was still too high. After several rounds of haggling I paid the original counter offer price. My advice: don't haggle, accept the counter offer and get your product. You'll save time and some money. They are not in a hurry to find buyers. This company is a great source to know about if you have Kohler products
