  Items was as exactly as decribed. There was a problem but it was with the postal system. I had communicated with the seller and the seller was very quick replying back and extremely helpful and remedied the situation. Very professional.   Packed perfectly a little damaged from shipping. The only complaint I have to say is, I cannot find the hand for the gnome who is has the other gnome on his back. I’ve gone through the box twice and the wrappers twice. Still, my favorite seller will deal with again

  Item came broken, but selling and shipping models I know this can happen. Otherwise packaged great. Seller had great communication with this issue, and I would definitely buy from them again.
