  Good product, good price, fast shipping. Unfortunately my solar cover reel assembly had a big dent in one of the stands. It does not affect function, but was disappointing. Shipping box was not damaged and product was sealed so can’t really blame seller. Would buy from this seller again

  I wouldn't know anything about the condition or anything else. He just took my money and didnt send anything... took them a week just to print the label, but its been days since then and fedex still doesn't have mt package.... ive tried contacting the sorry excuse for tech support, multiple times only to be ignored. So, for those reasons i think that I can safely say, this person is a scam.... do not send your money, it will only get taken.. an the douch even made me pay shipping.
