  Listing photo showed a box that was not included with the product on arrival which is not really a deal breaker. Item took a long time from date of order to date of delivery, but it's understandable given the state of USPS these days; definitely not the fault of the seller. fault. Item was clean and in good working condition otherwise, and packaged well. A good value. I'm happy with the purchase. Thanks much.

  The item arrived with a factory wiring defect in the extension pole, no fault of the seller (Socket was installed 180 degrees backwards). The seller bent over backwards to supply me with the correct replacement pole. Communications were the BEST! Seller gets 5+ stars for going the extra mile to correct this issue.   I would not hesitate to purchase another product from this business if needed. When they discovered that the part they sent me didn’t work, they sent me a full refund and I didn’t even ask for it. I was able to disassemble the part they sent plus my original part and swap out the shafts. In the end, I wound up with what I needed, plus an unexpected refund. This company obviously cares about its customers experiences.

  The item arrived just as described. It was well packaged and came with the manuals. It is in very good condition and the appearance is just as described. I am very pleased with this purchase and I feel I got a great item at a great price. I will use this seller again in the future.
