  The item I received was broken. I contacted the seller to make things right and I jumped through all of these hoops to get a refund even taking the package to USPS for the insurance and nothing. The item wasn't protected. The item was described as not broken and the shipping didn't make it. Very disappointed. I don't even have the broken pieces anymore as I had to turn it into the post office. This seller just took my money and took forever to respond.

  Absolutely thrilled; this bag made all the difference. It was well packaged and arrived earlier than expected. The appearance of the bag was as described; it’s in great condition. Quality of the bag is excellent; it’s sturdy and does the job really well. Terrific value. Great seller; highly recommend!

  USPS dropped the shipment from 5 feet in the air for no reason when the Package box was right there. The package base is 3 feet off the ground then the Box sits on top of it, so my package would have slowly slid down 2 feet instead dropping 5 feet in front of the Package box. The Bowls were double Packed by the seller they did everything they could do to make sure the shipment would arrive safe. 5 stars to the seller directia .Appreciate you going above and beyond.
