  Very bad customer service should never be on ebay as has listed for Renault master mouldings but is not actually what is specified I had tried to buy this twice but returned money both times as images are not specified I had even sent photos of my Moulds and still was unable to purchase witch my understanding is fraud

  I paid an extra $77 for a power steering hose with mounting brackets. I was told it would be sent. I got the one without mounting brackets. I lodged an investigation with e-Bay. I have given time for them to respond with no answer. I have also given an example picture what I should of received. At the stage they have scammed me out of $77. All I want is for them to refund me the $77.
