  The item was in better shape than expected even though it listed as "opened/used". The seller was very communicative and responsive. Shipping was also faster than expected. The packaging was in it's original box from when the item was originally released. Definitely a 5 star transaction.

  Excellent seller. Fast to reply back to messages. Shipped and packaged with extra care (as seen in my photos). The records are in perfect condition as described. Although I was sad to find out that the program sheet was not included, I am excited and happy to have this in my record collection and in my Judds collection!   The items were perfect! They arrived quickly and as described. The seller did an amazing job with the packaging! I even got a few cardboard rolls in there that I collect for dios. Nice extra bonus. Excellent seller and an asset to the eBay community!

  The seller shipped the item promptly. The carrier then misplaced or lost the item. I sent a message to the seller who made a valiant effort to locate it. In the end it was lost. The seller refunded my payment graciously. I commend this excellent act of good customer relations.
