Alle unsere Produkte werden in einer temperaturkontrollierten, rauch-/tierfreien Umgebung gelagert. Wir lagern alle statisch empfindlichen Teile in antistatischer Verpackung. Wir testen jedes Teil und testen die Funktionalität, bevor wir es einstellen, sofern im Angebot nicht anders angegeben.     Seller was great. Before sending item, a VGA cable, that I was not sure if it would meet my needs. They noticed the packaging had a small amount of damage but it did not look like the cable itself was damaged. I was given the option to cancel the order. I chose not to but this lead to a conversation about the item and I was able to get a better description and am now more confident that it will satisfy my needs.

    Continuing off from my other Value SIMMCONN review, with the seller working with me to accept the Value return and send this one after a refund, it arrived in a timely manner this time and also in excellent packaged state and as described. I appreciate the seller's willingness to return, refund, and reship this one for me despite it being my mistake in not noticing which I was buying/needed. Will totally if needed purchase from them in the future!
