  I ordered a case of paper towels and seller instead decided to send a sealed empty bubble wrap envelope. When I sent them photos and let them know, they claimed they would "investigate" but opted to let ebay decide. I'm not sure what kind of grift they are pulling, but this is unacceptable. Be careful who you order from. Companies like this use some secondary fulfillment service and it's very suspect.

  Although I ultimately received more than that for which I paid, THERE WAS NO TRACIKING PROVIDED AND THE SELLER WOULD NOT RESPOND TO ANY MESSAGE SENT. THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER. TRULY, HOW HARD IS IT TO SEND A TRACKING NUMBER AND TO REPLY TO EVEN 1 MESSAGE?

  Things did work out & my 4 yr old granddaughter was very happy to receive her Princess Rapunzel! But not without some stress for me! Just when it was to be shipped, I received an email stating I had ordered the last one & it was found to be defective! When I asked for a full refund, magically a new stock arrived & one was sent out to her & it seems to be in working order!

  Took 6 days to ship out the item! When the package finally arrived, it was from someone else. This seller is a drop shipper. Item was as described though. Will not buy from again.
