  This seller went out of his way to make this a positive transaction. When the shipping cost was incorrectly stated in the offer, he waived all shipping costs. He created a personalized video on how to use the unit. He responded to my questions on several occasions including monitoring the shipping. When the item arrived, the components were well packed and in pristine condition. A+ on all accounts and highly recommended.
