  Ordered to be shipped to South Africa and what a great experience. The fireplace works as advertised and fitting it was a breeze. Packaging was of a high quality and contents well protected. Arrived here very quickly like 8 days from ordering to unpacking. We'll done Digital Flames.

  We received the fire on the exact date that was specified. The fire did have an issue but the seller was very quick to respond and offer a solution. We agreed on a discount due to the issues instead of a return which was very kind of the seller. Great customer service. Thankyou.

  Not a trustworthy seller; the item arrived damaged, and he sent his own courier to collect it. He would not provide the correct tracking number. Lack of communication. Won't issue a refund. Time waster.

  I would NOT recommend this seller. I’ve ordered the fire place on the 26th Dec and on the 17th Jan I was still chasing for the delivery. Three and a half weeks later I placed the order they refunded me, and advised me to place the order again. Just waisted my time. The date they provide upon placing the order is incorrect. Obviously I won’t order anything from them. Customer service is poor, couple of words answers, not explaining what’s happening with your order, and unapologetic.

  Hi, the day before shipping the item, customer advised the item is no longer required so we cancelled the order as requested.
