  When package arrived, there was an issue and the wrong item was sent out.Contacted him right away.Got back to me within minutes and had the new part sent out within an hour. I did wait double the time but at least I got the part.And he made it right.I will definitely do business again.I recommend him to anyone.

  Did not come as picture the threads on it were messed up so I had to re tap it. Did not come with important parts that was pictured. So I had to spend another $20 bucks somewhere else to get it to work. Seller answered me one time and that’s it no communication from them. It worked but I wouldn’t buy from them again.

  I can’t even confirm this thing was brand new like the listing said it was I can’t confirm that this is a genuine FORD OEM part The skies communication skills are terrible All I ask was a couple simple questions and never got a solid reply I’m gonna take my chance on keeping this item although there’s a ton of work to be done just to install it hopefully I don’t find out down the road that it’s an aftermarket part that would really stink Although it came in the original box. Obviously Reboxed

  Received quick, packaged well. The original box that the filter was in appears to have gotten wet at some point in its life, and the filter was coming out of it after unwrapping the packaging. The filter seemed okay though.
