Über uns: Mit $2000, die er von seiner Großmutter geliehen hatte, eröffnete Gary Potter am 12. Juni 1973 Dicker and Deal, Inc. für Geschäfte. Mr. Potter mietete einen kleinen Raum in dem Gebäude in der S. Cedar St in Lansing. Ursprünglich beschränkte sich das gesamte Geschäft auf unsere heutige Audioabteilung. Der Rest des Gebäudes wurde an verschiedene kleine Unternehmen vermietet. Der Stab bestand aus Gary und drei Mitarbeitern. Im Laufe der Jahre übernahm er das gesamte Gebäude, fügte fünf verwandte Standorte hinzu und beschäftigt jetzt über sechzig Mitarbeiter. Dicker and Deal’s Ziel ist es, unseren Kunden hochwertige gebrauchte Waren zu Preisen weit unter dem Einzelhandel anzubieten und eine Atmosphäre zu schaffen, die alle Menschen einlädt, hier einzukaufen -- auch diejenigen, die normalerweise nicht in Betracht ziehen würden, Second Hand zu kaufen. Wir sind stolz darauf, Vertrauen und langfristige Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden aufzubauen.
