  Wrong colour sent (wasn’t even a colour on the list to chose from) was offered a partial refund to keep the towels of £2 even though I had said they are no use to me at all! I was told to send them back for a full refund which is going to cost me more money and can see them saying they hadn’t received them so I’m just going to have to take the hit on this. Will not buy from seller again as I feel like I’ve been conned!

  1 item that arrived was wrong.when i messaged seller he instigated that he was doing me a favour because the item sent was larger than what id ordered.i reiterated that it was not the item id ordered and it did not fit in with my decor.i was offered a rebate which i relucantly agreed to.i waited for said rebate,but still had to get in touch again to ask where said rebate was.a big palavor for towel. The other items were fine
