  Arrived not in new package. Not as described. Didn’t say open box. It was packaged well. No pamphlet with it I to show any instructions. Again, not new. It does work. Can’t complain for the price.

  Very timely shipping. Got here in 1/3rd the time of estimate. Best price as well compared to others. Packaging was exceptional and professional. As described, but I wish it was cleaned up a bit more for resale. Smells like it was stuck in an attic or something, but for the price I got it for and for these being so old and this specific model being discontinued, I am happy with my purchase.

  This was listed as a 14 ounce cup but it is the 10 ounce cup. I already have one 10 ounce cup so it's disappointing but not not a disaster. It was shipped quickly and packaged minimally and the Yeti survived.
