  I bought 20 balls as a present to a friend to make a bedspread. She was delighted with the quality for the price, but unfortunately I only received 18, not 20. The seller has responded promptly and promised to send another two. In my book a quick resolution of a problem adds up to good customer service. I will definitely buy from them again.
