  delivery was slow but that was ebay telling untruths with there 3 day thing by the time i got it was over a week but the firm sent e mails from Poland to let me know, carrier then delayed and beat the packing to hell, it didnt come in a fancy box but it was what i bought a tow bar for my car. it is very well made and came with all the nuts and bolts and the electrics loom and socket for the price i was pleased even with the vat added , be aware this is a heavy item dont leave it for mother

  Not had a chance to unpack the item yet but it got delivered as expected, packaging was slightly damaged but I believe that UPS were at fault for this: If item is as described once I open then the price is spot on

  Had to wait 5 days then go and collect it myself from UPS in Avonmouth this was a 170 mile round trip, i had to go there twice, the van turned up at 09.00 sat morning but did not have my item, UPS are a nightmare to deal with they just kept telling my lies, they said that they will not give me any compensation for all the fuel i used and the nearly 8 hours of phone calls to they, THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE PERSON I GOT THE ITEM FROM IT IS UPS

  I ordered these as the advert says the roof bars fit a T30 xtrail, however they didn’t. I returned them unused and in the same condition they arrived in weeks ago and despite my messages to them they still haven’t refunded my money, they just keep fobbing off saying they are still in customs. So at this point I don’t believe they have any intention on refunding money. They also only update me when I contact them, so far this has been my worst ebay experience ever! If only I could give 0 stars
