Seller was good and all arrived and working as described, the same can't be said about the courier(Royal mail) estimated wed-Thurs arrived Friday anyone can be late but after Wednesday there was no communication which was the issue if tracking is paid for then it shouldn't be available. No issue with seller.

The most gorgeous dragon! Packaged very carefully with tissue paper, bubble wrap and a strong cardboard box, but very sadly an ear tip did not survive the Royal Mail delivery system and he arrived damaged. Contacted the seller who couldn’t have done more. Full refund or money off purchase price offered and accepted. Dragon has now been professionally restored to his former glory. Highly recommend the seller and would use again.

parcel arrived yesterday looked as if were kicked about a bit but it was well wrapped and wrapped so only minor damage done ,i am in prosses of rebuilding and repairing .but items were as described and excellent value i hope to deal again .many thanks i hope to show the finished figures soon
