I told them the tracking number they game me showed the label was made but usps hadn't received the package. Idid not get a response. I waited a week before contacting them again. They finally responded after I said if I didn't receive a response I'd have to escalate the matter to Ebay and PayPal. The item did arrive safe and sound it just took longer than I would have liked.
