  Took them 8 days to ship my purchased items where I messaged them on the 3rd, 5th, and 7th days of the 8 days, to get any current status updates as I was getting concerned since it was a big purchase. There were no responses back to any of my messages. Regardless, the package got to me and all items were safe/accounted for. Thank you. Going forward if they do business with other people, I recommend they at least respond to buyer messages timely so there's no being left in the dark/unread.

  I have not received this product. The seller communicated with me one single time since I placed this order. I attempted to cancel it within 5 minutes of placing the order, and was told it was too late, it already shipped. The seller 2 days later said directly that it had shipped. I received the tracking number days after this interaction, and it hasn’t updated past “USPS awaiting item”. This is an untrustworthy seller, and I’m out nearly $500 because eBay refuses to manage bad sellers. Avoid.

  Created a shipping label then took a week to take it to the usps to be shipped asked befor usps got it wondering what’s going on then later tht day with no reply it was taken to usps and didn’t hear from seller for 5 days till after I received package worst customer service ever
