  Box arrived on time, but tube was missing the cap so only the book arrived and not the blade. Notified the seller about what happened, showed pictures, noted tape did not look like it was tampered with but lacked adhesion. Seller immediately contacted ebay and I was refunded. This was timely and helpful as I needed the blade for my PT, hence the positive rating.Unfortunately the seller didn't have another, otherwise based on their response I would have purchased a replacement from them.
