    Earrings were well packaged and arrived on time. Unfortunately this earrings had a flaw and didn’t hang as shown. I contacted the seller and sent her photos of the issues. Despite a no returns policy, she offered to replace the earrings. I picked another pair of earrings and they are on their way! I will definitely buy again from this seller!
