  Excellent seller! I marked slower shipping time, but that was only because the post office seemed to "misplaced" this item for a period of time. The item was shipped out the next day. I followed the tracking and the suitcase was stuck. I contacted the seller, who immediately got in touch with the post office. The suitcase started moving again and reached me in a couple of days. The box was a little the worse for ware but the suitcase was well packed and came through in good shape.

  Fast shipping and great price! The postal carrier still managed to crush the packaging, but the seller had double-envelope and padded the shipment. I think the products would have arrived in rougher condition had the seller not taken the extra care with packaging! Nicely done, and thanks for being a mindful seller, DesignDiscountMadness! The product inside is in good condition (if a bit crinkled)

  PLEASE NOTE SELLER ASKED ME TO CHANGE TO ORIGINAL RATING FROM NEUTRAL TO POSTIVE SO I DID BUT... After I completed my order the seller wrote that she didn t have the bag. She offered other less attractive (to me) and/or more expensive bags, so I said no thank you. She canceled the orig order, and ebay now says that *I* cancelled the order. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I understand mistakes happen, but I felt unfairly blamed as a buyer. She is very friendly and communicative.

  Feedback is true. I miscounted my stock on the purse and offered to send a FAR pricier Ferragamo purse for the same amount (Buyer was NOT asked to pay more,I was willing to take a $300 hit to try and make it right),which she declined and asked for a refund,which was given right away. Not sure it was an "ebay death sentence" offense to ruin 15+ years of perfect feedback, as I'm only human. Nobody was "blamed", I'm not sure what that means unless the "crime" is clicking "buyer requested refund"?
