  Ordered wrong size, contacted seller, followed their instructions for exchange, never received replacement. Contacted them, sent tracking info, they said they "misplaced" my package and immediately refunded what I paid. I asked for my shipping cost refunded, they refused, made MANY excuses, then said I should return what they refunded me and THEN they would send right size. I said no, it has taken way too long, just refund my shipping. They refuse. What kind of company is this? Disgusted.
