  I bought some size 9 trainers but received 10. 5 by mistake. I contacted the seller who very quickly rectified the error - they posted the correct size to me and refunded my postage for the incorrect pair that I sent back. Mistakes do happen, and in this instance it was quickly rectified with good communication. I would definitely use this seller again! Great job - thank you!
