  Item arrived quickly and packaged well. Seller reached out and offered support if there were problems with shipping or quality. No issues were found and part was delivered to my mechanic and installed Quickly as well. Part was actually on sale and cheapest price I’d found. Overall it was a great buying experience.

  We bought a power steering rack and the part fit, we did contact the seller with the VIN # to confirm. The seller reached out to confirm we were satisfied and we are. Of note the part required a signature, so work with the shipping company to plan delivery. The part was reconditioned but needed to be programmed to the vehicle. Which is a Ford issue not a seller issue. We are pleased to say that once the computer part was done the vehicle works as it is supposed to. Very happy, would buy again.
