  Supposed to come with original manufacture packaging and it did not. Was wrapped in bubble wrap but supposed to come in a box. Additionally, seller was rude when I asked him when he was shipping. He waited 2 weeks after I paid to ship, literally at the very last minute. When I asked him whether or not it was going to come in time, he said maybe it will or maybe it wouldn’t. Pretty unhelpful guy. I should’ve just bought it from another seller and spent an extra $2-$3 for my piece of mind.

  Package was wrapped securely and arrived quickly after shipping out. The Hello Kitty kimono doll is lovely and well-made. Initially I was concerned about the ship date. But the seller replied promptly and was very helpful. Thank you!

  This is one of the most beautiful Hello Kitty dolls. Excellent craftsmanship. It came with the makers business card and the history. Definably a collector's dream. Kawaii desu. The seller did an excellent job with packaging. It arrived safely via FedEx Bubble mailer and an extra layer of bubble wrap. No damage. Arrived in two days from ship date from Japan but did take a little time to ship. Arigato gozaimasu ❤️ I love it.
