  I had ordered oud musk agar wood but I received cinnamon. I got in touch with the seller as I'm not too keen on the smell of cinnamon. The seller offered to send me what I had ordered. I declined the offer. Once lit, though, the cinnamon cones actually smell quite nice

  Sentvthe wrong colour scarf from the one I ordered - clashing colours. Arrived later than advised, then said I had 2 days to return. Contacted seller to ask for exchange but no reply. Asked to return for free as wrong item...seller refunded but didn't answer any of my messages about returning item. Left with scarf I won't use and not the one I want. Don't want to put in charity shop as the seller refunded but no way to return and don't have scarf I wanted. Very poor communication.
