The treadmill arrived with a lot of some type of white chemical substance , on the power cord , I didn't want to touch the cord and risk getting the chemical on me , so I requested a refund and to return the treadmill back to the seller , the seller is trying to convince me to keep it for a lower price but I refused their offer!!

These people have integrity. On the other hand... Do not buy from XVYYGI , or whatever their name is. They sell the exact same product from China at the same price. They send defective products and blame it on the "violent" shipping from China. When you ask for a refund you are told that their "assets are frozen" I swear to you. Thats what they told me.
