  Item ordered (color) was not item received. A note was in the package saying my color choice wasn’t available so an alternate colored item was sent. I reached out and was told I could get my money back once the wrong colored item was returned. A shipping label was provided. I decided to keep the item for fear I wouldn’t get refunded once I shipped it back. I feel I should have been contacted, given an explanation, and then an option to be sent the alternate or get refunded.

  Wrong pants sent when contacting seller they were non-committal about changing them, have to send them back then when they decide it is okay they wrong send the right pants. Decided better to use what they sent target than about months for them to decide.
