  They were compliant regarding an item I was waiting for. It appears after they advertised the item they became out of stock. After messaging them because they were later to deliver than expected, they refunded my money immediately. I was, however, disappointed that they became out of stock, after I ordered it. I do not know what happened, but they were quick to reply and refund. I would still give them a 5 star rating,

  Love this seller, the DVDs are amazing and often rare and hard to find ones, also the combined shipping is a wonderful extra as it really lowers the overall cost of the items as the shipping is spread over the multiple items, so buying as many as possible although expensive at first is actually cheaper in the long run per disk. Each DVD was sent quickly and well wrapped, each DVD was also in its own hard case, a totally nice surprise as most places just put it in a sleeve, will be buying again.
