  Brand new in terms of quality, no scrapes, scuffs or paint wear. They appear to be in mint condition as far as I can see. The appearance is mint fresh, brand new.   Shipped immediately, packaged perfectly, postage option used, horrific. According to USPS, my package needed a little sightseeing detour. (Two and a half weeks to get across the country) And, maybe it's the region where I live, but I have NEVER had luck with USPS "Ground Advantage" Heh, my work calls it USPS "Good Luck Getting Your Package". Otherwise, perfect!
